We are seeking an Illinois Licensed Community Association Portfolio Manager to become a part of our team! You will plan and facilitate all community association functions for various properties with the support of our incredible staff!
Responsibilities:
- Schedule Board and Owner meetings, draft agendas, attend and take meeting minutes, execute Board approvals.
- Investigate and resolve violations and complaints
- Ensure all work orders and repair requests are entered and processed in a timely fashion
- Monitor vendor performance, solicit and present comparable proposals on work requested by the Board
- Enforce associations' rules and regulations
- Send notices to the Board, Owners, and Residents concerning happenings at the property
- Manage Vendor Contracts
- Visit properties, inspect for maintenance issues, violations, complete reports
- Verify and approve vendor invoices
- Develop Annual Budgets for properties
- 5 years previous experience in property management or other related fields
- Familiarity with Accounting
- Ability to build rapport with Board Members, Owners, Residents, and Vendors
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to adapt quickly to new technology and communication platforms
- Licensed by the State of Illinois as a Community Association Manager
- 4-year degree in business, management, or similar preferred
