Creating medical technology for all.________________________________________________________________________We are seeking a dedicated Laser/Turret Team Member to join our team.In this vital role, you will work to ensure seamless, safe, and uninterrupted production throughout the facility.If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where precision and teamwork matter, we’d love to hear from you!Shift Available: First Shift- 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday________________________________________________________________________Key Responsibilities:Perform preventive maintenance based on machinery operating and maintenance manualsServe as the primary point of contact for all facility maintenance needsMaintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of systems including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipmentEnsure machinery is operating normally and all manufacturer installed safety devices are intact and functioning properly.Respond to requests from department managers, supervisors and operators of machine breakdowns, operating irregularities and all other issues.Work on special projects as they come up, based on priority set by Operations, while coordinating with the pm schedule.Work and coordinate with outside contractors as required.Relocate equipment, service drops, lighting, and other energy sources as required.Keep track of maintenance, laser, punch consumables and add to maintenance order requisition list.Keep shop yard in neat and orderly condition.Perform snowplowing, salting and office walkway clearing in winter months, and grass mowing and landscaping in the summer months.Perform infrastructure maintenance based on scheduled pm intervals.Inform department supervisors of abnormal conditions during machine inspections and will coordinate with maintenance supervisor for the order of parts and time required to complete repair.Other building and grounds maintenance tasks as required..________________________________________________________________________QualificationsEducation:High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience and Training:3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance roleValid Driver’s license and ability to pass insurance company requirements for driving plow trucksExperience with hand tools and mechanically inclinedRead and comprehend service manualsPreferred knowledge in checking and diagnosing low voltage control and power supply circuitsPreventative and reactive maintenance on Press Brakes, Laser/Turrets, and/or paint line preferred________________________________________________________________________Physical and Mental Demands:Regularly required to use hands tools and power toolsMust be able to read and follow directions, troubleshoot, and work independentlySpecific abilities include close vision, reading, lifting up to 50 pounds.________________________________________________________________________Why Join Us?Mission-Driven Work: Help deliver medical products that change lives.Growth Opportunities: We support career development and internal promotions.Comprehensive Benefits:1.
