Job Description
We are seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) who share our passion for delivering exceptional care to older adults.
As an LCSW at MPAC Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment with flexible scheduling and autonomy.
- Provide initial assessments and utilize psychotherapy to address mental health issues.
- Offer ongoing support to residents and their families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Master's degree and valid LCSW/LMFT/LPC license in the state where you are applying.
- Two years of counseling and therapy experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Mental Health diagnoses and therapeutic approaches.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or hospitals.
