Schedule:
- Weekdays: 2-3 days a week from 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Rotating Weekends: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Includes on-call rotation with the Home Supervisor
What You’ll Do
- Assist with daily living: meals, mobility, medication, and personal care
- Support clients with life skills and community activities
- Ensure safety and follow all ISPs
- Document services, progress, and incidents
- Foster positive relationships with clients and families
- Promote dignity, respect, and independence
- Provide leadership and support to staff in the home
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background checks
- 2 years of experience in DD care or caregiving
- Experience with hoyer lifts (preferred, not required)- we will train you!
- Compassion, patience, reliability, and strong communication skills
