Duties
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring each client feels valued and understood
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and resolving issues promptly and effectively
- Engage in outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads, promote products or services, and generate new sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate data entry records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using Microsoft Office tools and other CRM systems
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients, including multilingual and bilingual customers
- Support client services by handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently when necessary
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction and sales outcomes
Experience
- Prior experience in cellphones sales and customer support roles is highly preferred
- Proven success in sales or outbound calling activities that demonstrate strong persuasion skills
- Bilingual abilities (English plus additional languages) are a significant advantage for engaging a diverse client base
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data management and reporting
- Experience with customer service protocols, including call etiquette, active listening, and problem-solving techniques
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and typing skills for quick data entry is beneficial
- Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
