About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Office Coordinator to support daily operations and create a welcoming experience for customers and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, working with people, and keeping an office running smoothly.
You will serve as the first point of contact while also supporting administrative processes, sales coordination, and office organization.
Key Responsibilities
Front DeskCustomer Experience
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming first impression
- Introduce customers to inventory and coordinate handoff to sales staff
- Ensure proper follow-up on customer leads
- Handle customer inquiries and assist in resolving concerns
Office Administration
- Maintain organized office operations, procedures, and filing systems
- Manage correspondence and documentation
- Order and maintain office supplies as needed
PhoneCommunication
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to appropriate team members
- Provide accurate information and support to callers
SalesInventory Support
- Prepare and maintain sales documentation ("sales jackets") ensuring completeness
- Log incoming inventory and organize related materials (manuals, documentation)
- Support brand consistency and presentation standards
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative, marketing, and executive support tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of office, administrative, or receptionist experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Comfort handling a variety of administrative and coordination tasks
