We are looking to hire a Service Call Agent to oversee customer inquiries and concerns in our call center environment.
What you will be doing:
What to expect as a Customer Service Specialist: This is a hybrid role -
between Front Desk Support and Customer Service Specialist. Both roles will have an emphasis on Customer Service.
Customer Interaction - Call intake- Listen attentively to customer concerns, inquires, and service requests.
- Gather and document accurate information about the customer, appliance model, serial number,
- Communications Hub
- Work within the supportive team in the Service Department
- Appointment Scheduling
- Quality Assurance and Problem Resolution
- Front Desk Support 2 days a week
- Weekly Pay
Our ideal candidate has:
- 1 years of experience as a Call Service Agent, or similar experience/call center
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to continuously expand skillset
- High School Diploma or equivalent
