Mozaic is searching for a Site Supervisor for DRIVE Day Services in Yates County to join our growing team of professionals. This position is responsible for the direct supervision of assigned Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in the DRIVE program and ensures compliance with regulations and agency policies and procedures.
Site Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:
This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact by leading with purpose and ensuring high-quality care and services for individuals supported. You will play a key part in upholding compliance and excellence across the DRIVE Program by guiding staff, promoting best practices, and ensuring all policies and standards are met. Your leadership will help Direct Support Professionals grow in their roles through coaching, training, and evaluations, while you oversee accurate documentation, smooth operations, and responsible financial management of both program budgets and individual funds.
Beyond compliance, this role is about creating meaningful experiences and fostering personal growth for the individuals we serve. You'll ensure Life Plans and Support Plans are brought to life through engaging daily activities, community inclusion, and a focus on health, safety, and well-being. By cultivating a safe, welcoming environment and supporting your team to deliver their best, you'll help individuals achieve their goals while enhancing their quality of life. Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Monday-Friday hours may vary
Salary Range: $20.33 to $23.23 Per hour
Location: Yates County (Penn Yan) & Keuka Lake College

DRIVE (Discovery, Responsibility, Inspiration, Vision, Experiential Education) is a collaboration between Mozaic and Keuka College. The DRIVE Program focuses on creating a unique and age-appropriate educational experience that nurtures students' social and academic growth. Students are given access to a variety of experiential learning opportunities through service learning, work study, mentoring, and internships.
Site Supervisor Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Two years supervisory or leadership experience required.
- Basic computer skills.
