LOCATION: Cayuga County - Auburn, NY
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week
What would you do as a Lawn Crew Leader
As a new Lawn Crew Leader at Mozaic, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of landscapers, assigning daily tasks, and ensuring the quality of work meets company standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating schedules, communicating with clients to understand their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise on-site. Additionally, you will be expected to provide guidance and support to team members, conduct regular equipment inspections, and maintain a safe work environment. Requirements for this Lawn Crew Leader job
To excel as a Lawn Crew Leader at Mozaic, you should possess a valid NYS Driver's License, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
