Mozaic (A Chapter of The Arc NY) is actively hiring Caregivers, Home Health Aides, CNAs, and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with disabilities in achieving their personal goals and living fulfilling lives.
As a caregiver, you'll play a vital role in fostering positive self-esteem and independence-both at home and in the community-through compassionate support, encouragement, and respectful, person-centered care.
New Enhanced Pay $18.20-$20.20/hr. based on experience and shift differentials!
Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Shifts Available:
Evening Shift Available: 3 PM to 11 PM (times can fluctuate) - Must have a valid NYS driver's license for this shift

Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Duties:
Do you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of others? As a Direct Support Professional, you'll serve as a compassionate caregiver, dedicated health aid, and reliable direct care provider for individuals with disabilities. In this role, you'll assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household tasks, while ensuring that care plans, medication routines, and safety protocols are followed with diligence and empathy.
You'll also provide transportation to appointments and community events, helping individuals stay engaged and work toward their personal goals. Collaboration is essential-you'll work closely with families, healthcare providers, and case managers to support each individual's overall well-being. Beyond providing care, you'll offer emotional support, encouragement, and advocacy, empowering individuals to embrace their independence and exercise their rights. Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Qualifications:
- Experience with Developmental Disabilities is valued
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid NYS Driver's License
- Experience as a CNA, Health Aide, Caregiver, or DSP is a plus
