Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact? Mozaic (a chapter of The Arc) is seeking Direct Support Professionals who are compassionate and dedicated Caregivers, Health Aides, CNAs, and Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with disabilities in our Day Services programs. This role focuses on daytime support in non‑residential settings, where you'll help individuals build skills, increase independence, and actively engage with their communities in purposeful and enriching ways.
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live safe, healthy, and fulfilling lives.
You will follow individualized care plans, administer medications as required, and adhere to established policies and guidelines to ensure high‑quality care. Working collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and case managers, you will help provide well‑rounded, person‑centered support. Most importantly, you will offer encouragement, emotional support, and advocacy-empowering individuals to build confidence, develop independence, and thrive within their community.
Direct Support Professional Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimally one-year experience working with people with developmental disabilities or an associate degree in human services or related field is required.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
Location: 1521 Clark Street Road, Auburn
Direct Support Professional Hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 3PM
Pay Rate: $17.92-18.67 /hr. based on experience!
