Physical Therapist (Inpatient) – Full-Time Days (37.5 Hours/Week)
Join our dedicated Inpatient Rehabilitation team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients recovering from injury, surgery, and acute or chronic illness.
In this role, you will:
✔ Perform patient evaluations and assessments
✔ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
✔ Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
✔ Educate patients, families, and caregivers
✔ Maintain accurate and timely documentation
✔ Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Current Connecticut Physical Therapist License
• National Board Certification in Physical Therapy
• Valid driver's license
