What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Designer position at Moxo?
Moxo is the AI orchestration platform built for business operations teams. We help operations teams bring order, momentum, and accountability to the processes they run every day. At its core, Moxo is about letting people focus on judgment and direction, while AI quietly handles the rest.
As a Brand Designer at Moxo, you’ll help define how the company looks, feels, and communicates. Your work will make it unmistakably clear how our platform turns operational complexity into something structured, intuitive, and quietly powerful.
This is an execution-forward role for a designer who takes pride in craft. You won’t be inventing the brand from scratch — you’ll be mastering an established identity and applying it with consistency and precision across every surface. We’re looking for someone who can take direction, move quickly, and deliver polished, brand-correct work at a high bar.
You’ll join a global creative team, working closely with marketing, product, and leadership.
Execute brand-defining work
Produce high-quality visual assets across social, external communications, and global marketing initiatives in partnership with teams in the US and India.
Bring motion into the brand
Create clean, modern animations and UI walkthroughs using Jitter that help explain our platform capabilities in a clear, web-first way.
Support go-to-market efforts
Design refined presentation decks, sales collateral, and visual narratives that translate complex operational ideas into clear, compelling stories.
Shape our digital presence
Design iconography, feature illustrations, and supporting visuals for moxo.com that fit seamlessly within our design system.
Uphold the brand
Apply Moxo’s visual standards rigorously. Every asset, from a LinkedIn post to a multi-page deck, should reflect clarity and quality.
Design experience
2–4 years of professional design experience. Experience may come from consumer brands, agencies, or in-house teams, and is not limited to technology.
Strong execution skills
Deep proficiency in Figma, and comfort with Adobe Creative Suite. Hands-on experience with motion design is preferred including tools like Jitter, Adobe AfterEffects.
Comfort with modern AI tools
You’re curious and comfortable using emerging AI tools as part of your creative workflow, and you enjoy adapting as new tools evolve.
Web design familiarity
You have experience designing web layouts and working closely with implementation. Familiarity with Webflow is preferred.
A craft-driven mindset
You care about details. Clean typography, thoughtful spacing, and precise layouts matter to you. You enjoy refining work until it’s right.
Collaborative by nature
You take feedback well, communicate clearly, and enjoy working closely with others — including a distributed, global team.
Presence in Cupertino
This role is based in our Cupertino office. You value in-person collaboration and being part of a creative team environment.
The salary range for this role is $70,000–$95,000, depending on experience and level. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and alignment with the role.
Work that matters
You’ll help shape the visual language of a platform redefining how operational work gets done — used by teams running real businesses every day.
A design-led culture
We care deeply about craft, clarity, and restraint. Designers are trusted partners, held to a high bar, and given the space to do their best work.
Low ego, high standards
We operate with minimal hierarchy and a strong sense of ownership. Good ideas win, and thoughtful execution is expected.
Health coverage
Full medical and dental coverage.
Please submit your resume and a link to your portfolio. We’re especially interested in examples of strong brand execution, presentation design, and/or motion work.
