We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our dental office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience from the moment a patient walks through our doors. Dental experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Relations
- Greet and welcome patients with a positive and friendly attitude
- Create an outstanding patient experience and help patients feel comfortable
- Build relationships with patients and provide excellent customer service
- Communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication
Scheduling & Office Communication
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Manage the daily appointment schedule to maximize efficiency
- Contact patients regarding appointments, treatment follow-ups, and recalls
Insurance & Financial Coordination
- Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility
- Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims
- Assist patients in understanding insurance coverage and benefits
- Discuss treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients
- Collect and post patient payments
Marketing & Social Media
- Participate in creating and posting content for social media platforms
- Help showcase the office culture, patient experience, and services
- Support marketing and patient engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable discussing finances and treatment plans with patients
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn dental software
- Experience in a dental office is preferred but not required for the right candidate
- Experience with insurance verification and claims processing is a plus

Office Hours
- 8am - 12 pm Mon
- 8am -5 pm Tues thru Thurs
- 8am - 12 pm every other Fri
