Our menu, continuously developed by our Executive Chef, features globally inspired flavors and fresh, high-quality ingredients. Key Responsibilities
• Produce all menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications of the company
• Actively lead shifts, in support of senior leadership team members while helping to manage budgetary goals
• Contribute to a positive team morale through contests and supporting team members on shift
• Assist in ensuring the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs daily
Key Requirements
• Previous culinary experience in a full-service restaurant or bar with strong culinary production skills
• Desire to develop and motivate the people around you to always be their best
• Committed to continuous improvement

• Previous culinary leadership experience considered an asset

Moxies is a Canadian restaurant that has opened in the US markets in 2016. We have an internationally inspired menu that's entirely made from scratch, a terrific USDA Prime steak program, a refined cocktail list of signature recipes, and an outstanding wine list with an exciting variety of labels.
We are very proud of our food menu as our Chefs work diligently to keep it current and very fresh. We’re open for brunch on the weekends and open late every day. We have a large team of nearly 150 employees in each location. We have restaurants in Canada, Texas, Florida, Arizona and soon to be Tennessee. As we continue to grow, we create opportunities for new team members! The most important thing you can bring to our team is an excellent attitude and a passion for hospitality.
