Moxie Salon and Beauty Bar in Morrisville, NC is looking for a passionate and driven Membership Sales Associate to join our team! Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell salon membership packages to new and existing clients
- Greet and engage walk-in guests, creating a welcoming and energetic first impression
- Educate clients on membership benefits, services, and pricing options
- Meet and exceed individual and team membership sales goals
- Follow up with prospective members via phone, email, or in-person outreach
- Assist with front desk operations including scheduling, check-ins, and client inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and membership enrollments
- Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Enthusiastic, positive, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a busy salon environment
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with salon or POS software is a plus
