The New Services Scheduling Expert will be primarily responsible for communicating our New Services Inspection program with current and new Moxie customers. The New Services Scheduling Expert will also assist in supporting our field experts, general customer service inquiries and additional operational tasks within the Call Center as needed. The Product Line Scheduling Expert must maintain exceptional customer service as a representative of Moxie culture.

The New Services Scheduling Expert will be primarily responsible for communicating our New Services Inspection program with current and new Moxie customers. The New Services Scheduling Expert will also assist in supporting our field experts, general customer service inquiries and additional operational tasks within the Call Center as needed. The Product Line Scheduling Expert must maintain exceptional customer service as a representative of Moxie culture.
Core Responsibilities
- Dial out on but not limited to 150 customer accounts
- Schedule inspections daily
- Be logged into the telephony system and maintain occupancy of 75%
- Maintain a CSAT score of 4.5
- Assist inbound customer inquiries as needed
- Manage all assigned tasks & alerts within our CRM and communication tools
- Attend and participate in Call Center training and meetings
- Respond to SMS, Email, and Voicemails from customers
- Other duties as assigned
- Must possess a high school diploma, or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred (call center, hospitality, service industry, automotive industry etc.)
- Basic understanding of G-Suite applications (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets
- Become an expert at PestRoutes - our CRM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.
