Are you passionate about people, a natural communicator, and energized by solving problems? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment? If so, you could be the Inside Sales Expert we're looking for!
What You'll Be Doing
- Connect with customers via phone, email, SMS, and website inquiries—turning leads into loyal fans
- Break down and explain services clearly to help customers find the right fit
- Support both customers and field experts by managing inbound and outbound communications
- Keep things organized with accurate data entry in our CRM system (PestRoutes)
- Look for opportunities to improve our customer journey and share your ideas
- Tackle other fun and meaningful projects as they come!
- A high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Ability to commute onsite to Irving office 5 days a week
- Previous customer service experience (call center, hospitality, retail, etc. is a bonus!)
- Solid communication and people skills—you know how to keep things clear and positive
- Tech comfort: You’re good with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- A proactive mindset and a desire to grow with a company that’s growing fast
