As a Moxie Outside Sales Representative - Inspector, you’re helping homeowners live a healthier, safer, more energy efficient lifestyle by ensuring they receive the very best solutions for their home. Your in-person presence and dedication to satisfaction helps build trust not only with their home, but their family, as well. You’ll play a critical role in driving Moxie’s success and growth while having top swag, driving a company car, and enjoying benefits of recognition including President’s Club trips (hello Japan!), awesome rewards (go record those stellar pitches through your own glasses), and unlimited growth opportunities.
The proven roadmap makes this an easy to succeed position, with fully scheduled appointments, top earning commissions, and the ability to go change customers’ lives every single day.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the professional face of Moxie for current and future customers
- Perform home inspections and make customized recommendations
- Submit sales and schedule installations
- Continually grow and develop as a sales professional
- Proven outside sales experience
- Competitive mindset
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Flexible and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Effective and efficient time management is a must
- Driven by personal growth and financial success
- Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude
- Clean driving record
- Willing to drive and maintain Moxie branded vehicle
- Must be capable of being on your feet for extended periods of time in the field
- Must reside in designated sales territory
