We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive New Service Support Auditor to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate billing and financial compliance for new service installations, specifically in the areas of termite and insulation services. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Core Responsibilities
- Review and audit service transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness for termite and insulation installations.
- Contact customers to resolve unpaid transactions related to installations, ensuring timely collection and accurate record-keeping.
- Verify completed services, installation, and billing records to ensure all data is correct and accounted for.
- Engage with customers professionally to discuss unpaid invoices, provide necessary clarifications, and facilitate payment arrangements.
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and regulatory standards, and prepare detailed audit reports.
- Identify and suggest improvements to existing audit and reconciliation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Work closely with New services, billing, and customer support teams to address discrepancies and improve overall service delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in auditing, collections, or a similar role; experience in the service industry, especially in pest control or insulation, is a plus.
- Experience with home improvement in attic installation or renovations is preferred but not required.
- Experience with in-home sales or consultation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (especially Google Sheets) and experience with accounting software.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
