3 13 hour shifts in summer (Starting April) / 4 10 hour days in winter (Starting September)
Company Vehicle - All gas and vehicle maintenance is paid for.

Position: Pest Control Technician or TAP Field Expert
Schedule: 3 days working with a 4 day weekend in the summer season and 4 days working with a 3 day weekend in winter season (this is a FULL TIME position). So lots of time off to travel, spend time with family, or just enjoy your days off.
Training: Training is PAID! Field Service Technicians and TAP Installers will train for roughly two weeks or until properly trained.

We are looking to train up and grow our team of Field Technicians to meet the demands of a growing company that is doubling its sales year-over-year. Our Field Experts are the best in the business, and even if you have no experience we will provide the training to construct the best Service Technician out of you.
Position Description: Our Field Service Technicians and TAP Installers start the day in our warehouse, have daily trainings in our office, and then travel to customers homes to take care of our residential customers on a daily basis. While traveling to customers homes, Field Technicians and TAP Installers will be treating the home and attic for interior and exterior pests. We take pride in our work & strive for excellence services and customer interaction each and every day. The happier our customers are the more fun we have and thrive as a business!!!
Qualifications
Being part of Moxie Pest Control requires extreme ownership for all actions that involve our office staff, Field Service Technicians and the customers. Nothing is too big, nothing is too small. We rely on each other to solve all problems from picking up garbage in our warehouse, to scaling our business. We take it upon ourselves to give feedback, be accountable, speak honestly, and lift up those around us. Customer service is our passion!
