Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape / Lawn Maintenance people to join our team in Waukesha. Super laid back. Looking for a Manager starting around 20 /hr with mileage reimbursement. If you have a friend this is a great duo job for some high school or college kids looking for a schedule they maintain. Scheduling will be through the admin but you will schedule based on your availability with your crew. I’m looking to get around 30 properties a week cut in the waukesha area. Small Business Enviroment so as well as a great way to network. This role involves maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping and lawn care activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture, landscape aesthetics, and outdoor maintenance, contributing to the beautification of residential and commercial properties.
Duties
- Mowing lawns and trimming grass to maintain a neat appearance
- Pruning trees and shrubs, including tree trimming and tree care
- Operating hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as excavators for landscape projects
- Performing landscape maintenance tasks including planting, fertilizing, and mulching
- Assisting with gardening tasks like planting flowers, shrubs, and other greenery
- Maintaining equipment through routine cleaning and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance
- Ensuring safety protocols are followed during all landscaping activities
Qualifications
- Prior experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment such as excavators
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, digging, and operating machinery for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for equipment operation or transportation purposes will need to transport equipment on trailer.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with a positive attitude
