Mowery Clinic is looking for a full-time Cleaning Specialist. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our patients, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in keeping our facilities looking their best.
This position requires a strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Must have the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. A qualified applicant must have the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, kneeling and walking throughout the shift. Previous cleaning or environmental services experience is preferred but not required.
May be required to perform the following duties:
- Clean and sanitize exam rooms, offices, waiting areas, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces following clinic infection control guidelines.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and empty trash throughout the clinic.
- Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
- Follow OSHA and infection prevention protocols.
- Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.
Daytime hours, competitive salary, and excellent benefits. This position is a full-time position at 36 hours per week.
