Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sports Physical Therapist located in New York, NY. The Sports Physical Therapist will be responsible for one-on-one patient care, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, utilizing various hands-on techniques, and creating progressive exercise programs. The therapist will work with patients to manage and recover from injuries, prevent future re-injuries, and enhance overall performance. Daily tasks also include patient assessments, documentation, and coordination with other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications

- Skills in Physical Therapy, Injury Prevention, and Orthopedics
- Experience in Strength & Conditioning and Patient Care
- Proficiency in hands-on techniques such as Graston, kinesio taping, and myofascial release
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or related field
- State licensure to practice physical therapy in New York
- Experience with athletic populations and orthopedic cases is a plus
