Evolve Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced, flexible Physical Therapist to provide PTO coverage (30 days notice) and occasional same-day sick coverage in a 1-on-1 orthopedic/sports outpatient clinic.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
• Active NY PT license
• Minimum 2 years outpatient ortho experience
