Main Installer , LG Appliances (Experienced only)

Join our team installing LG appliances including refrigerators, dryers, ranges, dishwashers, microwaves, wash towers, and TVs. As a Main Installer, you will deliver and professionally install a variety of home appliances. For ranges and dryers, you’ll perform natural gas connections. Lead Installers will also contact customers to confirm schedules and provide excellent customer service throughout the process.

In addition to regular customer installations, you may also work on builder projects. These projects involve delivering and installing appliances in new apartment complexes or similar developments, where you might install multiple units in a single day (e.g., 18 refrigerators and ranges across several apartments).

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and professionally install LG appliances and electronics.
• Communicate and coordinate daily with management and customers regarding scheduled installations.
• Provide customers with detailed instructions on product setup and use.
• Use the system to create orders, reschedule appointments, and process cancellations.
• Load and unload appliances from trucks, ensuring safe handling and transportation.
• Perform installations for both regular customers and builder projects, including high-volume installations in single locations.
• Able to clearly explain to customers how LG home appliances operate after installation and ensure they understand basic functions and safety features. - training will provided.

Requirements:

• Valid Colorado Driver’s License (CO DL)
• 1-2 years of experience in appliance delivery/installation, with knowledge of plumbing and electrical components.
• Familiarity with basic home audio/video installations (e.g., TVs, speakers)
• Install and set up major home appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, etc.), ensure proper operation, and provide excellent customer service.

Installer Technician:

• At least 1 year of general product delivery experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Experience using logistics equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, wheeled dollies).
• Ability to lift objects over 100 lbs (with assistance) (heavy duty).
• Adaptability to frequent changes and a strong work ethic.
• Regular adherence to schedules with availability to work Monday through Friday (8 AM - 6 PM).
• Ability to handle systems for creating orders, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is desirable.
