We are a staffing agency based in Atlanta specializing in engineering, technician, and business-related technical personnel.
We are currently seeking Interpreter - Field Facilitator (FF) — Bilingual Korean/English to support operations at a leading EV battery manufacturing company located in Kentucky.

3. Qualifications

• No specific experience or educational background required
• Open to recent graduates or upcoming graduates (OPT / STEM OPT / J-1 accepted)
• Advanced proficiency in both Korean and English (spoken and written)
• Preferred:
• Experience in manufacturing or battery-related industries
• Engineering or technical background
• Interest in production processes or industrial environments

Work Environment

1. Compensation

• Day Shift: Starting from $30/hour

2. Working Hours

• 5 days per week / up to 12 hours per day
• Day and night shifts available based on operational needs
• Weekend work may be required

3. Benefits

• Company-provided housing (newly built apartment)
• 2 Bed / 2 Bath (shared with one roommate)

• Elizabethtown, Kentucky

Key Responsibilities & Career Development

1. Core Responsibilities

• Provide interpretation between Korean engineers, technicians, and local operators
• Support communication during production, training, and daily operations
• Assist in bridging communication gaps in fast-paced manufacturing environments

2. Expanded Role Opportunity (Field Facilitator Track)
Based on performance and experience, interpreters may have the opportunity to grow into an expanded role:

• Act as a Interpreter - Field Facilitator (FF) — Bilingual Korean/English, combining interpretation with operational support
• Participate in on-site training, process guidance, and communication improvement
• Gain exposure to equipment operation, safety protocols, and production workflows
