Are you a seasoned transmission expert or master mechanic ready to get out from under the lift and into a high-impact training role? 

Moveras is looking for a Technical Powerhouse to serve as the face of our Technical Training Academy. If you have deep "under-the-hood" knowledge and the communication skills to educate shop employees. You won’t just be fixing things; you’ll be empowering the next generation of technicians and driving growth for retail and commercial partners across the country.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) 

• Master Trainer: Deliver high-energy, engaging technical and sales training to retail staff, outside sales teams, and shop owners.
• Field Authority: Act as the primary technical liaison, providing real-world installation guidance and "pro-tip" product demonstrations.
• Event Leader: Organize and headline regional sales seminars, district training sessions, and industry open houses.
• Academy Architect: Help develop cutting-edge training content and Certify shops into the Moveras Technical Training Academy network.
• Brand Ambassador:RepresentMoverasat major trade shows and national industry events, staying at the forefront of drivetrain technology.

Are You the Right Fit? 

• Automotive DNA: You have 3 years of experience in automotive tech, with a rock-solid understanding of drivetrain components.
• Natural Communicator: You can take a complex diagnostic issue and explain it so clearly that a counter-pro or a shop owner gets it instantly.
• The "Hustle" Factor: You are a self-starter who thrives on the road and loves the "win" of a successful training session or product demo.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with modern CRM tools and Microsoft Office to track your impact.

Qualifications & Perks 

• Experience: Previous repair shop experience is highly preferred. Automotive Repair, but real-world "wrench time" is what we value most.
• Certifications: Current ASE certifications A1–A8.IfnotASE certified, Moveras will cover the cost of each ASE test upon successful completion. Employees will also be allowed to complete ASE testing on company time (up to 3 hours per test).
• Requirement: At the time of employment, any non-current or missing ASE certifications (A1–A8) must be completed in order to obtain Master Automobile Technician status within 6 months of hire.
• Bilingual: Spanish fluency is a huge plus and will expand your impact.
• Compensation: Up to $90k base salary(DOE) plus the chance to travel the nation on our dime.

Salary: Up to $90k depending on experience
