Multi-tasking is an absolute MUST! If multi-tasking drives you crazy, this probably isn't the position for you :) We are looking for an energetic, outgoing and detail-oriented person who is able to perform the following duties in a friendly and efficient way:
Responsibilities:
- Be a bright spot in our patient's day by greeting them with a smile and serving them by scheduling & collecting copays
- Focus on keeping the schedule full by proactively reaching out and communicating with patients to help them come in and work with our clinicians.
- Coordinate authorizations and benefit verification with our team
- Answer and manage the phone and fax system
- Maintain accurate files of patient records in our EMR system
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in medical office administration/front office (1 year minimum) preferably in a physical therapy environment
- Ability to prioritize & multi-task is a MUST
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic medical terminology is helpful

Pay: $17.49 - $18.36 per hour
