- Develop and implement the company's supply chain strategy
- Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.
- Track, evaluate and report on KPIs.
- Communicate and work with external customers.
- Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly.
- Maintain supply chain inventory and records.
- Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures and production scheduling.
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
- Monitor inventory levels, develop product forecasts, and determine strategies.
