Movement Search and Delivery is partnering with one of North America's fastest-growing specialty industrial services organizations to identify and evaluate a Regional Safety Manager. This is a newly created leadership opportunity driven by rapid growth and expansion—not a backfill. The organization has grown from approximately 350 employees to nearly 2,000 through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions, creating outstanding long-term career opportunities.
About the Role
We're seeking a hands-on safety leader who enjoys working alongside field operations to build a world-class safety culture. In this highly visible role, you'll partner with operations leadership to drive safety performance across multiple locations throughout the New England region.

Industry-specific experience is not required. The company is prepared to train the right safety professional on its operations and technical environment.
What You Will Do
- Partner with Regional Operations leadership to strengthen safety performance across the assigned territory.
- Drive regional safety initiatives that improve employee engagement and reduce risk.
- Coach and mentor field leaders to develop a proactive safety culture.
- Conduct field audits, jobsite observations, and safety inspections.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and all applicable safety standards.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Deliver safety training, coaching, and leadership development throughout the region.
- Analyze safety metrics and develop action plans to continuously improve performance.
- Travel throughout New England and portions of the Northeast to support multiple operating locations.
- Serve as a trusted business partner to operations while promoting continuous improvement and accountability.
What You Need to Succeed
- 5–7 years of progressive safety leadership experience.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- CHST certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
