Job Description:
The Program Manager will spearhead US-based cross-functional initiatives to establish & operationalize a new international manufacturing facility. This role is crucial to our client's strategic expansion in the region and requires strong expertise in greenfield expansion, international coordination and production ramp-up. The Program Manager will engage on multiple projects: facilities, maintenance, capital intensive/cost savings initiatives, NPI, supplier development, etc.
Program Execution & Coordination:
- Serve as the Program Manager in charge of coordinating/executing all U.S. based activities supporting a greenfield manufacturing expansion overseas.
- Execute against overall program direction, integrated master schedule, and priorities defined by the Program Director, who owns the end-to-end program plan and schedule.
- Act as the primary execution liaison between U.S. sending sites and the overseas greenfield site to ensure alignment, readiness, and on-time delivery of all required inputs.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in operations mgmt., supply chain, engineering, business, or related field with 11 years of experience; or a Master’s degree with 7 years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
- 7 years of experience in Program Management.
- Fluent in coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Prior experience with greenfield initiatives & global expansion.
- Prior experience working in a Manufacturing environment.
