What You Will Do:
- Develop and support employer branding and marketing initiatives
- Create social media content and talent attraction campaigns
- Coordinate career fairs, recruiting events, and related marketing activities
- Help promote the company’s culture and employment opportunities
- Track campaign effectiveness and support ongoing marketing efforts
What You Need to Succeed:
- Minimum 3 years of full-time professional experience in marketing, branding, or communications
- Experience with social media and content creation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, or employer branding initiatives
- Organized, creative, and comfortable collaborating across teams
