What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative position at Movement Search & Delivery?
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in solving their parts needs to ensure effective operation of their equipment
- Fulfill customer requests for parts and service quotes & coordinate delivery to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Process parts orders received from customers via web site, e-mail, and phone
- Develop inside parts sales and follow up on quotations previously submitted
- Obtain updated pricing and lead times from suppliers to ensure accurate and on-time delivery
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
- Mechanical acumen and/or knowledge with machinery knowledge preferred
- Previous sales, account management, and/or customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & Word
