We are hiring an experienced HR Generalist to support a dynamic manufacturing operation by leading recruiting, employee relations, and core HR initiatives. This role partners closely with operations leadership to drive workforce effectiveness, ensure compliance, and support employee engagement across hourly and salaried teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support including employee relations, coaching, investigations, and performance management.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting and retention activities.
- Partner with leadership to implement and enforce HR policies and employment practices.
- Support onboarding and maintain accurate HRIS data and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment regulations.
- Participate in counseling, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Assist with HR programs, communications, and compliance reporting (including AAP support).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 5 years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Labor relations experience preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
