Movement Search and Delivery is partnering with a leading food manufacturing company in Novi, MI, to identify and evaluate a Manager, Financial Systems.
On-Site / Hybrid / Remote:
On-site, 5 days per week
Reports to the VP, Finance
Our client, a leading multinational food producer, is modernizing its finance function and needs a hands-on systems leader to drive it. You’ll own the planning platform, finance BI, and AI-enabled automation across the VP Finance organization. Success is measured in analyst hours returned to real analysis.
What you’ll do
- Lead the implementation of a new EPM planning platform and move budgeting and forecasting into it
- Automate standing finance reports and retire the manual versions
- Deploy and oversee finance AI agents, with human review and value tracking
- Deliver finance BI on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, working with the Data & AI team
- Own the data flows between the ERP, the data platform, and planning tools
- Train and support FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Grower Finance teams
What you bring
- Finance systems experience across EPM/planning platforms and modern BI tools
- Business-side implementation experience covering requirements, configuration, and adoption
- Strong SQL and data modeling, plus experience building automation pipelines
- Exposure to deploying AI and automation with sound governance
- Finance literacy: you know what a forecast is for and what a variance must explain
- A service mindset and the ability to partner across many teams
