Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Cumberland, MD

Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services to children and adults with autism and related disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients with autism and related disorders.
- Implement Behavior Analysis Interventions (BAI) under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
- I'd like you to maintain accurate, detailed records of client sessions and progress.
- Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current with best practices in ABA.
- Must be a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or have a strong background in ABA principles and techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree in a related field is a plus
- 0 years of experience or recent graduates are welcome to apply
- Ability to work a part-time schedule (approx. 20 hours per week)
- Competitive hourly rate of $28 - $32
