Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA therapy protocols under the supervision of a BCBA
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
- Monitor and record client progress, providing data-driven feedback to BCBA's
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to case conceptualization and treatment planning
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, adhering to Move Up ABA's highest standards of care
- Currently certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or post-secondary education preferred
- 1 year of experience in the field of ABA or a related field
- Ability to work PART-TIME schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Competitive hourly rate: $28 - $34 HOURLY
