Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®), you’ll engage in
rewarding healthcare work, implementing behavior plans, collecting data, and supporting clients.
Skill development. You’ll collaborate with caregivers as a team to address clients' needs and
maintain accurate documentation, all while demonstrating empathy and patience. This role
involves supporting clients through various activities, including potty training and managing mild
to moderate behaviors. It's a role where every day brings new challenges and smiles—definitely
suitable for those who like to roll up their sleeves, play, educate, and change the future of a life one
session at a time.

When, Where, and What You’ll Earn:
When:
- Sessions are typically 2-3 hours long and occur mostly between 3:00 and 8:00 pm on weekdays.
- Three hours of weekend availability preferred but not required
- Sessions take place in the child’s home, community, or school
- $28.00 - $33.00 per hour, depending on your experience and certifications

- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Patient, compassionate, and driven to help autistic children achieve their individualized goals
- Experience flexing your approach with children through connection and engagement
- Capable of working independently and thriving in a feedback-driven environment
- Ability to stand, sit, run, lift to 30 lbs, and perform CPR if necessary
- Able to commit to scheduled sessions and locations consistently for a minimum of six months post-placement.
- Completion or proof of completion of the 40-Hour RBT course
