Toxic behavior from staff or families is not tolerated.Position OverviewThe BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and providing parent training.Hybrid Model:Initial assessments and early supervision sessions are conducted in person within the Richmond and Hampstead regions of Virginia. Telehealth options may be available once cases are established and clinically appropriate.ResponsibilitiesConduct initial assessments and reassessmentsDevelop individualized treatment plansComplete and maintain clinical documentationAnalyze treatment data and adjust programming as neededProvide supervision and support to RBTsDeliver parent and caregiver trainingPerform additional duties as assignedQualificationsMaster’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related fieldActive BCBA certification with a minimum of 6 months of experienceDemonstrated competency in behavior reduction and skill acquisition programmingExperience working with children and/or adolescents with AutismExperience supervising RBTsStrong written and verbal communication skillsReliable transportationAbility to pass a criminal background checkOur MissionTo improve the quality of life of everyone we serve through a relentless pursuit of clinical and operational excellence.
