Job Overview
Move My Mess is looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our field team as a Junk Removal Field Specialist. This role involves hands-on work helping customers clear out unwanted items while delivering excellent customer service on every job.
If you enjoy staying active, working with a team, and being out in the field—not stuck behind a desk—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Remove and haul away unwanted items from residential and commercial properties
- Lift, load, and transport items safely (50–100 lbs)
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Work closely with your team to complete jobs efficiently
- Keep trucks, tools, and equipment clean and organized
- Follow company processes and safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Physically capable of heavy lifting and labor-intensive work
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual (early mornings required)
- Team player with good communication skills
- Comfortable working in various environments (dirty, dusty, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license is a plus (for driver roles)
Schedule
- Full-time or part-time available
- Early morning starts (6–8 AM)
- Some weekends required
