PRODUCT SUPPORT ANALYST:

Position: Product support Analyst.

Location: Onsite – Austin, TX.

Working days: Monday – Friday – 7.00 am – 6.00 pm CST (any 8 hours in between this work window)

Salary: $18 PH

Summary:

As Product Support Editor, you will serve as an entry-level contributor within the data and technology operations space. This role is designed for individuals interested in beginning a career in tech, analytics, or automation. No prior technical experience is required — only a willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, and interest in working with data.

You will review, analyze, and update structured data while applying logical reasoning and critical thinking to ensure quality and accuracy. This role provides foundational exposure to Excel, spreadsheets, and data analysis concepts, with opportunities to grow into SQL, Python, automation, or SME roles over time.

Responsibilities:

• Review and investigate reported requests from internal teams and stakeholders to determine necessary data edits and updates.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and patterns.
• Conduct research using web sources, internal tools, and third-party platforms to validate information.
• Apply logical reasoning to resolve ambiguous or edge-case scenarios.
• Maintain high data quality standards while meeting daily productivity and SLA expectations.
• Navigate and adapt to evolving internal tools, systems, and policies.
• Independently manage assigned queues with accountability and minimal supervision.
• Document findings clearly and communicate insights when required.
• Support pilot projects, testing initiatives, and product launches.
• Identify opportunities for process efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Develop proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet-based analysis.
• Demonstrate interest in learning foundational SQL and Python skills for automation and advanced data analysis (training support available).

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• No prior technical experience required.
• Experience meeting productivity and quality metrics in a professional environment preferred.
• Basic familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) preferred.
• Exposure to data analytics concepts, coursework, or self-learning is advantageous but not required.
• Interest in learning SQL, Python, or automation tools is highly encouraged.
