Billing System Analyst

Position: Technical billing specialist.

Location: Onsite – Utah.

Working days: Monday – Friday – 9.00 am – 6.00 pm MST.

Salary: $23 per hour.

• This is a technical billing support position. Where you will be resolving the customers billing issues over chat & email. We are looking for someone who has 2 years of experience working with Content Delivery Network and Domain Name System tool.

• High school diploma required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• 2 years in customer-facing roles, preferably in technical support or customer service, with a focus on billing and registrar systems.
• Experience researching and resolving client billing issues, including working with standard billing tools and payment platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present clear and actionable insights to customers.
• Proficient in technical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with modern operating systems, such as MacOS.
• Basic understanding of how the Internet and registrar systems work, including terminology related to CDN, DNS, and domain registration.
• Proficiency in using ticketing systems like Salesforce Service Cloud or Zendesk.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard billing tools and payment platforms; experience with Stripe is preferred.
• Familiarity with Atlassian Confluence.
• Basic understanding and ability to use SQL queries.
• Knowledge of financial and accounting terminology, such as bad debt, collectible invoices, sales tax, credits,
