What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Specialist position at Mouser Cabinetry?
Kentucky's leading manufacturer of quality custom wood cabinetry continues to expand and offer career opportunities. We have an immediate opening for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in our Accounting Department. This position will report to the Accounting Manager.
Responsibilities include the processing of cash receipts, generation of invoices, monitoring dealer credit balances, collections communications, reconciling AR to GL, plus other accounting functions as needed.
The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, have a background in Accounting, possess strong analytical skills plus the ability to multi-task, and be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounting Department is preferred, especially if in a manufacturing environment. Hourly wage is commensurate with experience.
