Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance our existing Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technical teams to analyse business requirements, improve system processes, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst or Salesforce Functional Consultant.
Hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Salesforce Field Service
- Depot repair/service operations processes
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
- Experience working with workflows, automation, reporting, and dashboards.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Experience working in service operations or repair management environments.
- Knowledge of integrations and third-party applications within Salesforce ecosystem.
- Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
