Maintenance Technician / Handyman

We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated Maintenance Technician with strong handyman skills. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in quality work, and can complete jobs independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Perform general residential maintenance and repair work
- Basic plumbing repairs and fixture installations
- Basic electrical work (switches, outlets, lighting, ceiling fans)
- Carpentry and drywall repairs
- Flooring, trim, painting, and finish work
- Assemble and install fixtures, shelving, and hardware
- Diagnose maintenance issues and determine the best solution
- Keep work areas clean and professional
- Communicate clearly with customers and the office
Qualifications
- Experience in general maintenance or handyman services
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
- Self-starter who works well without constant supervision
- Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Own basic hand tools preferred
What We're Looking For
We're not looking for a master electrician or licensed plumber. We're looking for someone with broad maintenance experience who is resourceful, uses common sense, and can confidently complete a variety of repair and installation tasks.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
