The Role
You'll work alongside our experienced lead technicians on a wide variety of residential and light commercial projects. This is a hands-on role with real opportunity to learn multiple trades and grow with the company — pay and advancement are based on your experience and what you bring to the team.
What You'll Do
- Assist lead technicians with repairs, installations, and home improvement projects (carpentry, drywall, painting, fixture installs, assembly, and general repairs)
- Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional
- Interact courteously with customers in their homes
- Travel between job sites throughout NJ, NY, CT, and PA
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to our Mahwah location
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day (including ladders, kneeling, and working in tight spaces)
- Dependable, punctual, and professional — you show up ready to work
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Authorized to work in the United States
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Prior experience in construction, maintenance, or any trade (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring)
- Your own basic hand tools
- Bilingual English/Spanish

Schedule
