Primary Purpose
Load cones on a moving line and responsible for removing all breasts, tenders and wings from the bird.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Must be able to place cones on a moving line at a determined pace.
- Must be able to effectively use a knife to cut the wing from the breast.
- Pull the breast from the carcass, inspect for bones and skin and then transport remains to the moving conveyor belt.
- Grade and/or scale finished product to Company standards.
- Follow all Company safety policies, S.O.P. regulations, as well as support Goal Zero mission statement.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
