Primary Purpose
Monitor machines that are responsible for automatically measuring, sorting, and/or inspecting product. Weigh product to verify quantity and quality.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor product attributes to ensure that product quality meets or exceeds required levels.
- Observe equipment operation and notify the appropriate personnel of any malfunctions or safety concerns.
- Ability to follow all USDA, HACCP, SSOP, and GMP policies and guidelines.
- Able to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
- Follow all Company safety policies, S.O.P. regulations, as well as support Goal Zero mission statement.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years' experience in poultry manufacturing processing and equipment preferred.
- Must complete NPIS Sorter training which includes modules and a final assessment.
