This position assists the Logistics Accountant and Logistics Accounting Supervisor with performing daily transactions and account reconciliations for Transportation, garages, freezers and export freight.

JOB DESCRIPTION
This position assists the Logistics Accountant and Logistics Accounting Supervisor with performing daily transactions and account reconciliations for Transportation, garages, freezers and export freight.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepares daily invoice uploads for export freight payment.
- Prepares daily invoice approvals and uploads for freezer payments.
- Prepares and publishes the internal freezer report.
- Tracks export freight costs.
- Promotes and maintains a safe and secure work environment in accordance with Mountaire policies.
- High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor’s Degree will pay $1 more per hour.).
- 0 - 2 years’ related work experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to complete tasks thoroughly, timely, accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
- Requires extensive use of Excel and some familiarity with other software programs.
